AT&T Mobility, LLC is proposing to construct new telecommunications tower facilities located at multiple locations near 1300 Lagoon Ave., Minneapolis, Hennepin County, MN. The new facilities will consist of replacing existing light poles with new light pole/wireless small cell facilities at the following locations; 3144 S. Lydale Ave.; 1429 W.
