AT&T Mobility, LLC is proposing to construct new telecommunications tower facilities located at multiple locations near 821 S. Marquette Ave., Minneapolis, Hennepin County, MN. The new facilities will consist of replacing existing light poles with new light pole/wireless small cell facilities at the following locations; 1000 Nicollet Mall; 68 S. 11th St.; 681 N. 2nd Ave.; 1215 LaSalle Ave.; 1218 Harmon Pl.; 1350 Nicollet Ave.; 1600 Hennepin Ave.; 703 Portland Ave.; east side of 2nd Ave. just north of the Skyway; 35 S. 5th St.; 273 S. 11th Ave.; 1321 Harmon Pl.; 333 S. 7th St.; 821 S.
