IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 1. You, Timothy Robert Steeves, the Respondent in this case, shall personally appear for a hearing no later than sixty (60) days after the issuance of this Order, before a judge of District Court on 9-13-16, at 9:45 o'clock AM. in The Court- room of the Wilkin County Court- house located at 300 South 5th Street, Breckenridge, Minnesota, to show cause as to why the Court should note enter an Order finding you in Contempt of Court for viola- ting paragraph(s) 3 Section, C of the Order dated 10-22-13, requiring your to Pay $1300.-a month in spo- usal support. 2. You have a right to be represen- ted by an attorney. If you want an attorney and cannot afford one and are at risk for being jailed for contempt, the Court will appoint an attorney to represent you. You may have to pay part of the cost of an attorney's services, if the Court appoints one for you and decides you can pay. 3. Any responsive pleadings you wish to present to the Court must be served on the other party and filed with the Court not later than five (5) days before the scheduled hearing, inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays. The Court may in its discretion disreg- ard any responsive pleadings served and filed less than five (5) days before such hearing, and rule on the Motion or matter in questi- on. If you want to raise new issues at the hearing the other party has scheduled, your papers raising new issues must be served on the other party and filed with the Court not later than ten (10) days before the scheduled hearing. 4. The abitlity to pay is a crucial is- sue in a contempt proceeding. A Parenting/Financial Disclosure Statement form for submitting ability to pay information is avail- able for use in responding to cont- empt allegations. The Parenting/ Financial Disclosure Statement form should be served and filed with the court at or before the contempt hearing. Court forms are available at the Court Administra- tor's Office or at www.mncourts. gov/forms. 5. The parties are hereby restrain- ed from annoying, molesting, or interfering with the other in any manner whatsover during the pendency of this proceeding, in or out of the home, in person, by agent or by telephone. 6.
