AT&T Mobility, LLC is proposing to modify wireless telecommunications antennas on an existing 83-foot smokestack located at 2800 West 44th Street, Minneapolis, Hennepin County, MN. The modification will include removal and replacement of antennas at centerline height of 70-feet above ground level.
