LEGAL NOTICE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE TO CONDUCT AERIAL APPLICATIONS The Minnesota Department of Agriculture will conduct aerial applications to control a gypsy moth infestation in portions of Richfield and Minneapolis. Two applications of Btk (Bacillus thuringiensis var. kurstaki) will be aerially applied to 329-acre area starting sometime between May 11 and May 18. A second application will occur 7-10 days following the first application. Exact dates depend on weather and insect development.
