The MSHSL Board of Directors will receive sealed bids for the supplying of awards for all Sub-Section, Section and State Tournaments for the 2017-2018 & 2018-2019 school years. The MSHSL Board has the option to renew the trophy contract for an additional two years. Project: The project will include the following approximate quantities per year: 332 - State Trophies & Plaques 1,654 - Section/ Subsection Trophies & Plaques 250 - Music Trophies 7,000 - State Medals 55,000 - Section/ Subsection Medals 22,500 - Fine Arts Medals Orders will be made for each season, at least three (3) months in advance, with product delivered at least one (1) month prior to tournament dates. Bids will be received until 12:00 p.m. on the 16th day of May 2017, at the MSHSL Office Building, 2100 Freeway Boulevard, Brooklyn Center, Minnesota 55430, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened. Consideration of bids will be done separately. Proposals must be placed in a sealed envelope with the statement thereof "PROPOSAL ENCLOSED." Proposals shall be submitted to Rich Matter, Assistant Director, on or before the above stated time. Proposal is for the furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials and performing all work in connection with the above, including the shipment delivery of all orders. Proposal forms, including specifications, are on file in the MSHSL Office, 2100 Freeway Boulevard, Brooklyn Center, Minnesota 55430. Copies of the documents may be obtained by notifying the MSHSL Office 763-560-2262. Each bid will be evaluated on the basis of price and actual performance potential. The MSHSL reserves the right to select the company it feels meets the specifications most precisely.
