The object of this action is to foreclose a mortgage executed by and between Barry O Sewall and Brenda Powers-Sewall, husband and wife, as mortgagors to U.S. Bank N.A., as mortgagee, dated April 22, 2014, and recorded in the office of the County Recorder on May 5, 2014, as Document No. T05168293 and encumbers the following described property, lying and being in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota: Parcel 1: Lot 15, "Shore Hills", Hennepin County, Minnesota. Parcel 2: Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 846, Hennepin County, Minnesota. ("Property"). *Personal judgment is sought only against Barry O. Sewall.
