AT&T Mobility, LLC is proposing to modifiy an existing wireless telecommunications facility on an existing building located at 20 Washington Avenue South, Minneapolis, Hennepin County, MN. The modifications will consist of the removal and replacement of three existing antennas with three new antennas at a center height of 94' above ground level on the 102' building.
