MEDICARE NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that on January 20, 2017 the agreement between Robland Home Health Care Corporation, 1500 1st Ave NE Ste 210 Rochester, MN 55906 and the Secretary of Health and Human Services, as a Home Health Agency in the Medicare program will be terminated. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has determined that Robland Home Health Care Corporation, is not in compliance with the following Medicare Condition of Participation for home health agencies. 42 CFR 484.14 Organization, Services & Administration The Medicare program will not make payment for home health agency services furnished to patients whose plan of treatment was established on or after January 20, 2017. For patients whose plan of treatment was established prior to January 20, 2017 payment will be made for up to 30 days of covered services furnished after January 20, 2017. Pam L.
