STATE OF MINNESOTA DISTRICT COURT COUNTY ANOKA TENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT File No. P.S. 02-CV-16-4482 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE In the Matter of the Petition of JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association In Relation to Certificate of Title No. 117752 issued for land in the County of Anoka and State of Minnesota legally described as: That part of Lot 5, except the North one-half, Block 2, Spring Lake Park Gardens, lying Easterly of the following described line: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 5; thence North 89 degrees 46 minutes 05 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the South line of said Lot 5, a distance of 133.96 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North 00 degrees 53 minutes 21 seconds West a distance of 105.42 feet to the South line of said North one-half of Lot 5. TO ALL PARTIES WITH AN INTEREST IN THIS REAL ESTATE, PARTICULARLY: Parties to be served: Joseph J. Stupak, Amber Stupak and all occupants of the subject premises. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that unless you appear before this Court on the 29th day of December, 2016, at 1:00 PM at the Anoka County Government Center, Room 715, 2100 3rd Avenue, in the city of Anoka, State of Minnesota, to make a valid objection, the Court will enter the following Order: That the Registrar of Titles of Anoka County, upon the filing of a certified copy of this Order, cancel Certificate of Title No. 117752 and enter a new certificate for the land therein described in favor of JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, whose address is 3415 Vision Drive, Columbus, OH 43219, subject to the existing recitals, but free of all memorials now appearing on said cancelled certificate up to and including document number 536658.001 and free of the memorial of this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Order be served: (a) at least 10 days prior to such hearing upon all of the above named parties residing in this State in the manner provided by law for the service of a Summons in a Civil action; (b) at least 14 days prior to such hearing upon any of the above named parties not residing in this State by sending a copy of this Order by registered or certified mail, return receipt, to each of such parties at his/her post office address; (c) upon any of the above named parties who cannot be found by two weeks published notice and at least 14 days prior to the hearing by sending a copy of this Order by First Class mail to each of such parties at his/her last known address and at his/her address as stated on the Certificate of Titles if his/her address is so stated. (d) upon a dissolved, withdrawn, or revoked business entity governed by Minn. Stat., Chp. 302A, 303, 317A, 322A, 322B, or 323 in the manner provided by Minn. Stat. §5.25.
