TO ALL PARTIES WITH AN INTEREST IN THIS REAL ESTATE, PARTICULARLY: Parties to be served: Daniel Vazquez-Lopez, Stephanie Vazquez, Stephanie Ann Carlson, U.S. Bank Trust, N.A. as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, and all occupants of the subject property. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that unless you appear before this Court on the November 30, 2016, at 2:00 PM in Room 170 Ramsey County Government Center, 15 W. Kellogg Blvd, St. Paul, MN 55102, to make a valid objection, the Court will enter the following Order: 1) Upon the recording of a certified copy of this Order, from Court File No. 62-CV-16-4080, the Registrar of Titles shall show by memorial on Certificate of Title No. 538299, that the Contract for Deed recorded as Doc. No. 2194772 has been validly terminated, and thereafter omit from the current certificate of title and all future certificates of title for the land described the memorials of Doc. Nos. 2194772 and 2533573. 2) Cancel Certificate of Title No. 538299 and issue a new certificate of title in the name of the Household Industrial Finance Company, free of all recitals and memorials through Doc. No. 2556152, and free of the memorial of this Order. 3) The Registrar of Titles shall show as a recital upon the new certificate of title the following: "Subject to the Reservation by the State of Minnesota of all minerals and mineral rights as set forth in the instrument filed as Doc. No. 2556152." IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Order be served: (a) at least 10 days prior to such hearing upon all of the above named parties residing in this State in the manner provided by law for the service of a Summons in a Civil action; (b) at least 14 days prior to such hearing upon any of the above named parties not residing in this State by sending a copy of this Order by registered or certified mail, return receipt, to each of such parties at his/her post office address; (c) upon any of the above named parties who cannot be found by two weeks published notice and at least 14 days prior to the hearing by sending a copy of this Order by First Class mail to each of such parties at his/her last known address and at his/her address as stated on the Certificate of Titles if his/her address is so stated. (d) upon a dissolved, withdrawn, or revoked business entity governed by Minn. Stat., Chp. 302A, 303, 317A, 322A, 322B, or 323 in the manner provided by Minn. Stat. §5.25.
