The purpose of the action is to prohibit and enjoin Defendant, The University of Minnesota, from demolishing real properties located at 600 25th Avenue Southeast, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55414; and 649 26th Avenue Southeast, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55414, collectively referred to as the Electric Steel Elevator, as it is a natural resource and entitled to protection under the Minnesota Environmental Rights Act.
