MEDICARE NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that on October 30, 2016 the agreement between Abbott Northwestern Hospital, 800 East 28th Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55407 and the Secretary of Health and Human Ser-vices, as a hospital in the Medicare program will be terminated. The Centers for Medicare & Medi-caid Services has determined that Abbott Northwestern Hospital is not in compliance with the following Medicare Condition of Participation for hospitals: 42 CFR §482.23 Nursing Services. The Medicare program will not make payment for inpatient hospital services furnished to patients admitted on or after October 30, 2016. For patients admitted prior to October 30, 2016, payment may continue to be made for up to 30 days of covered services furnished on or after October 30, 2016. Pam L.
