Notice of Application for Assumption of Certain Liabilities of Sunrise Banks, N.A. by Green Dot Bank Green Dot Bank, Provo, Utah intends to apply to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve for permission to assume certain gift card liabilities (and acquire the cash associated with such liabilities) of Sunrise Banks, N.A., St. Paul, Minnesota that are related to a prepaid card program. Green Dot Bank provides general banking services in the Utah market under the name Bonneville Bank and additionally issues prepaid cards nationwide. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application, including the record of performance of applicant banks in helping to meet local credit needs. You are invited to submit comments in writing on this application to the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, P.O. Box 7702, San Francisco, CA 94120-7702.
