City of Robbinsdale (Official Publication) ORDINANCE PROPOSED BY ROBBINSDALE CITY COUNCIL The following proposed ordinance has passed the first reading before the Robbinsdale City Council: Ordinance/Purpose 16-16 AN ORDINANCE REZONING 3606 LAKE DRIVE FROM B-2 LIMITED COMMUNITY BUSINESS TO R-1, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL The purpose of this Ordinance is to rezone 3606 Lake Drive Avenue North from B-2, Limited community business to R-1, Single family residential for future residential redevelopment for single family lots. 16-17 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 530 ADOPTING A NEW FLOOD PLAIN ORDINANCE AS REQUIRED BY THE FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY AND REPEALING THE FLOOD PLAIN ORDINANCE AS REVISED IN 2014 The purpose of this Ordinance is to adopt a new floodplain ordinance as required by the FEMA that references new national flood insurance maps provided by FEMA Residents seeking further information on the proposed ordinance should contact Robbinsdale City Hall, 763-537-4534.
