The company has dissolved and is in the process of winding up its affairs. 2. Notice of Intent to dissolve was filed with Minnesota Sectary of State on September 19, 2017. 3. Claims against the company, if any, must be presented to the company in writing on or before December 30, 2017 or other date as specified by law, and directed to David E. Dye, 1215 Marshall Street NE, Suite 200, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55413. 4. All claims by creditors or claimants must be received on or before 90 days from the date of the first publication of this notice.
