A public hearing will be held on September 19, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board Headquarters, 2117 West River Road North, to consider the addition of Chapter 20 to the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board Code of Ordinances. Chapter 20 would define the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board's special assessment authority, requirements and procedures. Individuals who would like to speak to the Board of Commissioners about the topic can sign up to speak at the meeting before 6:00 pm on the day of the public hearing.
