Request for Bid Condos on Blaisdell: 2018 Condo Renovations Project In general, the work consists of a full restoration of the 54-unit building. The major components are installation of new windows and doors; plumbing, mechanical, electrical and security upgrades; façade repairs; new common area interior finishes; landscaping, drop-off drive, and sidewalk; parking structure repairs; and limited roof repairs. Work is to be completed in the time period from January to October 2018. All work is to be completed in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Encompass, Inc. located at 14850 Martin Drive, Eden Prairie, MN 55344. A mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held on site at 9:00 AM, Local Time, on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 2500 Blaisdell Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN. All interested bidders must attend this meeting. Emailed bids are due to Encompass, Inc. by 4:00 PM, Monday, October 2, 2017. All parties are invited to view results of the bid tabulations at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 6, 2017 at the Encompass office.
