STAT. § 501C.0202 IT IS ORDERED AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition signed by Robert Roche and Maria Scherber has been filed with the Court. The Petition requests an Order for the following relief: 1. Authorizing the interim co-trustees to sell the real estate located at 1224 Ohio Street, West St. Paul, MN 55118. 2. Approving the outright distribution of the remaining assets distributable to Maria Scherber, Robert Roche, Matthew C. Sherber, Lindsay A. Abate, and Lilly A. Roche (her share being distributed to Maria and Robert Roche, as custodians for Lilly). 3. Terminating the Trust upon the sale of 1224 Ohio Street, West St. Paul, MN 55118 and the complete distribution of the trust assets. 4. Discharging Maria Scherber and Robert Roche as interim co-trustees of the Trust. 5. Terminating the Court's in rem jurisdiction over the Trust. 6. Approving all attorney's fees and costs associated with filing this Petition. 7. Ordering such other relief as the Court may deem appropriate or necessary. Any objections to the Petition will be heard on September 20th, 2017 at 2:30 P.M. by this Court at 300 South Sixth Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55487. 1.
