NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT TO MERGE ANCHOR BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION WITH AND INTO OLD NATIONAL BANK Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Central District Office, One Financial Place, Suite 2700, 440 South LaSalle St., Chicago, IL 60605 for consent to merge Anchor Bank, National Association, 1570 Concordia Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55104, with and into Old National Bank, One Main Street, Evansville, IN 47708. It is contemplated that all offices of the above-named institutions will continue to operate following consummation of the merger. The aforementioned merger will occur immediately following the merger of Anchor Bancorp, Inc., the parent company of Anchor Bank, National Association, with and into Old National Bancorp, the parent company of Old National Bank. This notice is published pursuant to 12 USC 1828(c) and 12 CFR 5. Anyone may submit written comments on this application by September 28, 2017 to: Director of District Licensing, Comptroller of the Currency, Central District Office, One Financial Place, Suite 2700, 440 South LaSalle St., Chicago, IL 60605. The public file is available for inspection in the district office during regular business hours.
