Ehrreich and All Occupants of the Subject Property. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that unless you appear before this Court on the 16th day of August, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. in Room 170 Ramsey County Courthouse, 15 West Kellogg Blvd., St. Paul, MN 55102, to make a valid objection, the Court will enter the following Order: That the Registrar of Titles of Ramsey County, upon the recording of a certified copy of this Order, issued in Court File No. 62-CV-17-3755, show by memorial on Certificate of Title No. 600923 that: 1. The foreclosure of the mortgage recorded as document number 2504751 as evidenced by the Sheriff's Certificate of Sale recorded as document number 2555469 is void, nunc pro tunc. 2. Mortgage document number 2504751, assigned by document number 2549196, remains a valid encumbrance on the property, and the power of sale contained in said mortgage is reinstated. 3. The memorial of this Order shall be carried forward onto future certificates until the mortgage filed as document number 2504751 has been released or satisfied or removed by further Order. 4. The foreclosure of the association lien evidenced by the Sheriff's Certificate of Sale recorded as document number 2555298 is void, nunc pro tunc. The association lien remains a valid encumbrance on the property. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Order be served: (a) at least 10 days prior to such hearing upon all of the above named parties residing in this State in the manner provided by law for the service of a Summons in a Civil action; (b) at least 14 days prior to such hearing upon any of the above named parties not residing in this State by sending a copy of this Order by registered or certified mail, return receipt, to each of such parties at his/her post office address; (c) upon any of the above named parties who cannot be found by two weeks published notice and at least 14 days prior to the hearing by sending a copy of this Order by First Class mail to each of such parties at his/her last known address and at his/her address as stated on the Certificate of Titles if his/her address is so stated. (d) upon a dissolved, withdrawn, or revoked business entity governed by Minn. Stat., Chp. 302A, 303, 317A, 322A, 322B, or 323 in the manner provided by Minn. Stat. §5.25.
