IN PROCEEDING SUBSEQUENT TO INITIAL REGISTRATION STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF SHERBURNE DISTRICT COURT TENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE Court File No. 71-CV-17-477 In the Matter of the Petition of: Federal National Mortgage Association, concerning Certificate of Title No. 8118 issued for land in Sherburne County, Minnesota, legally described as: Lot 4, Block 4, Eagle Lake Estates ("Property"). TO: JAMES SMITH. JILL SMITH, WINGS FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER OF CITY-COUNTY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, STATE OF MINNESOTA. COMMISSIONER OF REVENUE. AND ALL OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES UNKNOWN CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, ESTATE, INTEREST OR LIEN UPON THE REAL ESTATE LISTED IN THE CAPTION IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that you, and all persons interested, appear before this Court on Aug 24, 2017, at 8:00 am, at the Sherburne County Government Center, Elk River, Minnesota, and then or as soon thereafter as said matter can be heard, show cause, if any there be, why this Court should not enter an Order as follows: That the Registrar of Titles, upon the filing with her of a certified copy of this Order, cancel Certificate of Title No. 8118 and enter a new Certificate of Title for the land therein described in favor of Federal National Mortgage Association, 14221 Dallas Parkway, Suite 1000, Dallas, TX 75254, subject to the memorials of Document Nos. 35566 and 35568, but free from all other memorials now appearing on the present Certificate of Title, the last of which is Document No. 53676, and free also from the memorial of this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that this Order be served as follows: 1. At least 10 days before the hearing upon the above-named parties, (except USA) residing in this State in the manner provided by law for the service of the Summons in a civil action: 2. At least 14 days before the hearing upon each of the above-named nonresidents by sending a copy of this Order to the nonresident's post office address, by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested; 3. Upon each of the above-named parties who cannot be found by two weeks published notice and by sending a copy of this Order at least 14 days before the hearing by first class mail to the last known address of the party and by sending another copy of this Order at least 14 days before the hearing by first class mail to the address of such party as stated on the Certificate of Title, if an address is so stated; 4. Upon a dissolved, withdrawn, or revoked business entity governed by Minn. Stat. Chp. 302A, 303, 317A, 322A, 322B, or 323 in the manner provided by Minn. Stat. § 5.25; and 5. Per Title 28 United Stales Code Rule 4, the United States Government must be notified at least sixty (60) days prior to the hearing in the manner provided by law for the service of the Summons in a civil action.
