This is notice pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 317A.723 that NEW EPIC THEATER (NET), a Minnesota nonprofit corporation, our organization is dissolved with the Minnesota Secretary of State. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 317A.721 Subdivision 2, the board of directors adopted resolutions providing for the dissolution of NET on June 12, 2017. Creditors and claimants will have 90 days from June 30, 2017, the date of first publication, to submit written claims to New Epic Theater, c/o James Kennedy Kunz, 305 W Franklin Ave #323, Minneapolis MN 55404.
