16205-15-00555-2 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY DISTRICT COURT SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT FILE NO. P.S. 62-CV-17-2864 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE In the Matter of the Petition of Minnesota Housing Financing Agency, in Relation to Certificate of Title No. 577751 issued for land in the County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota and legally described as: The West half of the South half of Lot 2, Block 2, Mayall Park. TO: ALL PARTIES WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THIS REAL ESTATE, PARTICULARLY: OCCUPANTS AND David D. Sery [registered owners]. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that unless you appear before this Court on the 26th day of July, 2017, at 2:00 P.M. in Room 170, of the Ramsey County Courthouse, 15 W. Kellogg Boulevard, St. Paul, Minnesota, to make a valid objection, the Court will enter the following Order: That the Registrar of Titles of Ramsey County, upon the recording of a certified copy of this Order from Court File No. 62-CV-17-2864, cancel Certificate of Title No. 577751 and enter a new certificate for the land therein described in favor of Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, free of all the memorials now appearing on said cancelled certificate up to and including Doc. No. 2565317 and free of the memorial of this Order, except the Registrar of Titles shall carry forward the memorials of Doc. Nos. 399031 and 453853. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that this Order be served: (a) at least 10 days prior to such hearing upon all of the above named parties residing in this state in the manner provided by law for the service of a Summons in a Civil action; (b) at least 14 days prior to such hearing upon any of the above named parties not residing in this state by sending a copy of this Order by registered or certified mail, return receipt, to each of such parties at his post office address; (c) upon any of the above named parties who cannot be found by two weeks published notice and at least 14 days prior to the hearing by sending a copy of this Order by First Class mail to each of such parties at his/her last known address and at his/her address as stated in the certificate of title if his/her address is so stated.
