The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board will hold a public hearing for the Water Works Mezzanine Phase concept revision. The public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 6:30 pm Time Certain at the Headquarters of the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board, located at 2117 West River Road, Minneapolis. Attendees are welcome to sign up to speak about this project before the 6:30 pm meeting commencement. Water Works is a 6-acre project on the downtown riverfront and is the next phase of Mill Ruins Park development. The project includes a public park building, outdoor park spaces, and circulation improvements between First Street and West River Parkway, and from Fifth Avenue to the Third Avenue Bridge.
