City of Robbinsdale (Official Publication) ORDINANCES PROPOSED BY ROBBINSDALE CITY COUNCIL The following proposed ordinances have passed the first reading before the Robbinsdale City Council: Ordinance/Purpose 17-02 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 820, 825 AND 835 OF THE CITY CODE The purpose of this ordinance is to update the city code related to trees and vegetation terminology, reference, and treatment instructions, and add administrative review of native prairie grasses in rain gardens and restored prairie areas. 17-03 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 613 OF THE CITY CODE THERAPUTIC MASSAGE The purpose of the ordinance is to revise the requirements for therapeutic massage therapists in the City of Robbinsdale.
