PUBLIC NOTICE FINDING OF SUITABILITY FOR EARLY TRANSFER (FOSET) FOR LAND TRANFER FROM THE TWIN CITIES ARMY AMMUNITION PLANT (TCAAP) TO RAMSEY COUNTY The U.S. Government intends to transfer real property comprising approximately thirty (30) acres of the Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant (TCAAP) in Arden Hills, Minnesota to Ramsey County, Minnesota. Ramsey County proposes to use the land as part of a multipurpose development. TCAAP was used primarily for the production and testing of small caliber ammunition by the Department of Defense. A document called the Finding of Suitability for Early Transfer (FOSET) is being prepared. The Draft FOSET may be viewed at the TCAAP environmental document repository. Site specific information or copies of the draft FOSET are available for review at the TCAAP Office, 4761 Hamline Avenue, Arden Hills, Minnesota 55112, by appointment.
