NOTICE OF FILING OF INTERAGENCY BANK MERGER ACT APPLICATION Notice is hereby given that Legence Bank, headquartered at 946 Fourth St., Eldorado, IL 62930, has filed an Interagency Bank Merger Act Application with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in connection with a purchase and assumption transaction with respect to eight Illinois branches of MidCountry Bank, headquartered at 7825 Washington Avenue South, Suite 120, Minneapolis, MN 55439. Such branches are located at 605 West Main St., Benton, IL 62812; 925 West Main St., Carbondale, IL 62901; 101 West Broadway Blvd., Johnston City, IL 62951; 2611 Blue Heron Dr., Marion, IL 62959; 1702 West Blvd., Marion, IL 62959; 522 Market St., Metropolis, IL 62960; 100 South Oak St., Mounds, IL 62964; and 2929 Broadway Street, Mt. Vernon, IL 62864. It is contemplated that all offices of the above-named institutions will continue to be operated following completion of the proposed transaction. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at the appropriate FDIC office, 300 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 1700, Chicago, IL 60606 not later than April 21, 2017.
