AT&T Mobility LLC is proposing to install new wireless telecommunications antennas on an existing building located at 3700 Cedar Lake Avenue, Minneapolis, Hennepin County, MN 55416. The new facility will consist of removing three antennas and replacing them with three new antennas, one at 42 feet, one at 43 feet, and one at 49 feet on the 55-foot building.
